Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $500 to the contiguous United States. Orders under $500 are charged standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Ground: 5-7 business days (after production)
- Expedited: 2-3 business days (after production, additional fee)
- Freight: For oversized items, delivery times vary by location
Processing Times
Production times vary by product type:
- Standard products: 5-10 business days
- Custom channel letters: 7-14 business days
- Monument signs: 2-4 weeks
- Rush orders available upon request
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page.
Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Warranty
All SAN CRAFTS products come with a manufacturer warranty:
- LED components: 5-year warranty
- Signage materials: 2-5 year warranty (varies by product)
- Electrical components: 2-year warranty
